HERE’S HOW YOU CAN SHORTEN YOUR TEBIS HOTLINE WAITING TIME...
We need your help to ensure that we can answer your hotline questions as quickly as possible.
- Make a copy of your file.
- Delete all the elements that are unrelated to your question.
- Click DATA FILE/COMPR to reduce the data quantity.
- Use colors and texts to document your questions.
If it is an NC machining question:
- Create an NC job. That’s the best way to show us your individual work steps.
- Be sure to include the machine heads you are using.
- If you use external libraries, please provide them for us.
- If the NC export is not working the way you’d like, please also send us the corresponding postprocessor text file, if available.
