Poised for growth

Tebis ranks among “Bavaria’s Best 50”

07/30/2015

Tebis – a software provider and process supplier for the development, design and manufacture of models, molding tools and components – has been awarded the title of “Bavaria’s Best 50” by Bavarian Minister of Economic Affairs Ilse Aigner, and now ranks among the most successful companies in the state. This award is presented to the 50 medium-sized companies that have grown the most in personnel and sales in recent years.

The winners were determined using objective criteria by auditing firm Baker Tilly Roelfs AG, acting as an independent jury. According to the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs and Media, Energy and Technology, the winners include companies that seek out and consistently exploit new opportunities for growth and employment. They take responsibility and create jobs that lay the foundation for the high standard of living in Bavaria. Over the past five years Tebis has not only significantly increased its sales, it has also increased its number of employees – from 128 in 2010 to a current level of 200. The Tebis Group employs over 300 employees worldwide. With this award, the Bavarian State Ministry is honoring the company’s dedication to both its staff and its location in Martinsried near Munich. Bernhard Rindfleisch, Tebis chairman of the board, was very pleased: “We are seeing the anticipated success from our orientation toward process solutions and growing our international presence. This award confirms that we are on course for success.” The award was presented on Wednesday, July 29, in the Imperial Hall of the Munich Residence palace.
