Tebis America Announces New Sales Positions in Response to Continued Growth

Company creates new vice president and management positions

Troy, MI— Tebis America, a leading software company specializing in CAD/CAM systems for design and manufacturing serving the tool, die, mold, automotive and aerospace manufacturing industries is pleased to announce the appointment of John Kowalczyk as Senior Manager, Global Strategic Accounts and Mark Cadogan as Vice President Sales, North America. The announcements were made by David Klotz, CEO and President, Tebis America.

In this new position, Kowalczyk will manage North American based strategic accounts globally for Tebis, further strengthening relationships with a number of key customers. Prior to this position, he was Sales Manager, Tebis America. Kowalczyk has extensive experience in dealing with the entire range of Tebis products. His knowledge of Tebis solutions will now be instrumental on a global scale.

Kowalczyk said, “This new position will enable me to work with customers on all facets of their operation with specific focus on providing solutions and adapting best practices company-wide and worldwide. It’s an exciting time at Tebis and I look forward to the challenge.”

Cadogan will be responsible for all sales matters in North America, including growing and managing the regional sales force and providing the strategic direction of Tebis’ sales effort. Prior to coming to Tebis, Cadogan was the Vice President Sales, Canada and Midwest U.S. for Autodesk/Delcam. He has held several other sales positions at Delcam North America.

Cadogan said, “Tebis is the premier name in CAD/CAM software.
