Tebis Procedure

Analyze, design, implement

"Thanks to the process and investment consulting from Tebis Consulting, we were able to increase our productivity," summarizes Tebis customer Markus Reuss. The following holds for all companies we consult for: They want to improve their productivity and efficiency, sales and profits, or change their strategic alignment for the future. External market conditions are forcing them to shorten throughput times, optimize machine utilization, program quickly and reliably and be flexible or reposition themselves. In short, they want to become and remain successful on the market or they have to reduce their manufacturing expenditure. Just one question remains: How? Tebis has developed a proven procedure that has led to success in hundreds of projects. How does it work?

Just as the approach by the Tebis consultants is clearly defined and meticulously planned, conditions in each company is individual and varied. Every consulting project is specifically targeted and is 100 percent aligned with the company.

Analysis of tasks, based on the maximum of 8,400 hours per year; 30% corresponds to 2,500 hours per year

In a process consulting project, the consultants will gather conclusive data in four analysis steps:

  • Analysis of the procedure or order implementation process
  • Analysis of the individual tasks in the affected departments
  • Calculation of potential
  • Establishment of an industry benchmark (strengths and weaknesses in comparison with the industry average)

This approach very quickly highlights which process steps create value, which ones are necessary and which ones need to be optimized. Evaluation of these results then enables the derivation of individual, realistic and promising measures with which the defined goals can be achieved. A very important aspect: All affected employees are included in the process from the start.
