AnDOCken is a medical practice for undocumented people living and working "illegally" in Hamburg. AnDOCken is also a part of the Stiftung MitMenschlichkeit foundation. The practice has been in operation since early 2011 and offers general medical and gynecological care, prenatal and postpartum care from a midwife and social counseling on residence and health insurance law. The facility treats roughly 1,200 people each year. last year, 170 newborn children or their mothers were also cared for there – including prenatal and postpartum care.
Diakonie especially needs help for the practice this year, as one of the major foundations supporting it in recent years has elected to focus its support elsewhere
