AnDOCken is a medical practice for undocumented people living and working "illegally" in Hamburg. AnDOCken is also a part of the MitMenschlichkeit foundation. The practice has been in operation since early 2011 and offers general medical and gynecological care, prenatal and postpartum care from a midwife and social counseling on residence and health insurance law. Every year, the association treats roughly 1,000 people. Last year, it also cared for 170 newborn children and their mothers – including prenatal and postpartum care.
The donation from Tebis is used to cover a part of personnel costs, rent, treatment costs and materials.
