Tebis supports LichtBlick Seniorenhilfe e.V.
Since 2003, LichtBlick Seniorenhilfe e.V. has been helping seniors whose pensions are insufficient for a life of dignity and participation in society.
This effort supports more than 16,000 needy senior citizens who are threatened by old-age poverty despite decades of work. Especially in major cities like Munich, there is often not much of a pension left after deducting the rent.
Whether for food, electricity, gas or fuel: Prices are skyrocketing in many industries. The elderly and vulnerable in particular face enormous challenges and there is no improvement in sight.
LichtBlick Seniorenhilfe provides support including food, housing and heating.
- Food boxes: volunteers deliver these every 2 weeks to seniors who are no longer physically capable of shopping or who live in very rural areas.
- Food vouchers and emergency assistance
- Financial support for energy expenses
Tebis supports the association with a donation that helps provide fast, unbureaucratic and highly personal financial assistance to needy seniors.
