    Sales Development Representative

    Permanent / Full Time


    Tebis America is looking to fill an open position with our Inside Sales team. The primary role of the Sales Development Representative is to discover new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound sales prospecting. The SDR will discover, and nurture leads according to a defined process then route qualified prospects to the Sales Manager to carry through the sales cycle.
    This role is perfect for someone who is goal driven, energetic, and ambitious. We will provide adequate training and get you well acclimated for the position.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Update and maintain leads, prospects, and customer information in our CRM (Salesforce)
    • Research accounts and identify key players and sales opportunities.
    • Clearly communicate the Tebis value proposition to prospective customers.
    • Qualifying leads.
    • Coordinate with the Marketing team and/or the Sales Manager to follow up on inbound leads captured through social media, tradeshows, email drip campaigns, and webinars.
    • Schedule and facilitate first discovery meetings with prospects.
    • Reach out to new and existing leads through phone calls, email, and social media.
    • Connect and develop relations with prospects over the phone.
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Highly interactive and driven personality.
    • Ability to easily initiate and hold conversations with B2B prospects to discover if there is alignment with our products and services.
    • Able to operate in an environment where policies, procedures, and established practices are rapidly evolving.
    • Strong phone presence and experience cold calling (when necessary) to help increase the opportunity pipeline.
    • Prior inside sales experience.
    • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Strong active listening skills.
    • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • Strong self-motivation
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Strong problem-solving skills
