We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven Sales Intern. The Sales Intern will complete all tasks assigned by the Manager, some of which will include CRM data input, conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, generating sales leads, making sales calls, and participating in meetings. This person should be able to take instruction, but also self-motivated and work unsupervised when required.
Responsibilities:
Observing and carrying out sales processes
Working closely with the Manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks
Conducting desktop research
Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, and events
Communicating with clients, vendors, and partners on behalf of the company's managers
Updating CRM documents and sales records
Assisting managers with tasks
Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff when requested
Requirements:
High school diploma
Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar a plus but not required
Strong self-motivation
Ability to work alone or as part of a team
Ability to cope with rejection from potential prospects
Interpersonal skills
A professional appearance
