    As part of our continuous growth and the increasing international orientation of our company, you’ll strengthen our team as a Software QA Engineer at our Martinsried location near Munich, Germany.
     

    Your tasks
    • Ensure product quality as an active member of our SQS team in the development department for data management
    • Define and implement test plans and test cases for our products in configuration and installation, interfaces with MES and ERP systems and in close collaboration with software developers
    • Conduct manual software tests
    • Expand test automation and increase test scope using in-house and external tools
    • Document, reproduce and track errors for software developers in cooperation with the technical support department, the other development departments and our customers
    • Improve our methods of quality assurance and our development processes
    Your profile
    • Degree in computer science, a related engineering science or comparable vocational training
    • Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a strong understanding of processes
    • Good knowledge of operating systems and networks, preferably Microsoft Windows (client/server)
    • Experience in software development with continuous integration tools (Jenkins) and script languages like Python, LUA, JavaScript and Bash. Experience in C++ and C# is an advantage
    • Experience working with databases (SQL) is desirable
    • Experience with error-tracking tools is a plus
