Prismatic geometries can now also be described as features in the new Version 4.0. This has significantly expanded the possibilities for standardized and automated processes.
Tebis automatically recognizes any specified geometries and acquires all of the necessary information for their machining. This allows you to classify flat and vertical surfaces, contours and complex pockets as machining features for 2.5D milling. Elements can also be defined as features in 3+2 axis milling.

With both the standardized variable machining sequences (NCSets) that you define in Tebis and a new editing function (MFEAT), you can program complex geometries with just a few clicks of the mouse. All you have to do is select the elements to be machined and the system takes care of the rest. The integral machining simulation and check ensure problem-free processing on the NC machine.
