    As part of As part of our continuous growth and the increasing international orientation of our company, you’ll strengthen our team as a Sales Development Representative at our Martinsried location near Munich, Germany.  
    This position allows you to get started in Tebis CAD/CAM/MES sales and to help shape the Sales Development department that’s currently being created. 

    Your tasks
    • First contact person and interface function between potential Tebis customers and Tebis area sales 
    • Research, identify and actively contact potential customers using phone, email and social network communication channels like LinkedIn and XING
    • Manage customer interactions and information in our CRM system (Salesforce) 
    • Develop strategies for new customer acquisition in close collaboration with our Marketing and Sales departments
    • Actively and regularly maintain customer contacts 
    • Participate in developing strategies for outbound lead generation
    • Maintain active contact with potential customers by participating in events and trade shows
    • Assist in the internationalization of new lead generation strategies
    Your profile
    • Completion of vocational training or a course of study, ideally in a technical field 
    • Desire for ongoing development and long-term activities in sales
    • Structured, reliable and independent work methods and a high degree of personal initiative
    • Strong communication skills at all decision-making levels; entrepreneurial thinking 
    • Quick comprehension and strong analytical skills 
    • High affinity for and very good knowledge of social media and MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Enjoy working in an international environment
    • Very good command of German and good command of English
