"The unexpected has no chance" – this was the slogan for our campaign with "The Mask".
Tebis CAD/CAM expert Andreas Rogg came up with the idea for this unique part.
His ambitious goal for this project: "It should yield a perfect part with perfect surfaces. I wanted to show that Tebis can handle any manufacturing task – no matter how complex the geometry and no matter what challenge we have to face."
And he succeeded! Of course, the fast, highly dynamic and precise movements of the Röders machine and the tools from Hufschmied with their high wear resistance and long service life also played their role.
Incidentally, the gentleman in the picture did his best to sabotage our efforts. But more about that later.

The "incarnate one" himself tried to mess with our cards when manufacturing this mask. Whether in moving the blank, changing parameters in Tebis or switching out tools, it goes without saying that the great adversary didn’t stand a chance against the combined forces of Tebis, Röders and Hufschmied.
And the end was indeed a happy one.
