The company specialises in prototype model manufacturing, predominantly for the automotive sector.
Tebis CAD/CAM software has been used to drive their CNC machines for 3-axis and 5-axis machining. The company is very satisfied with the software and the results it has produced over the years. The libraries store optimised CNC machining process data for fast CAM programming through automation while also ensuring consistent machining quality. By adopting CAM automation, work pressure is reduced along with CNC and CAM work costs.

The toolpath calculation speed for large CAD models is very fast and with very advanced machine head collision check included for both 3-axis and 5-axis machines.
