Successful survival in the current market is determined by expertise in manufacturing engineering. Organizations must consider their production capacity, throughput times and flexibility in order to supply their customers on time.
Demands at the middle management level are high. This area requires that responsible personnel not only have technical expertise, but also a combination of entrepreneurial thinking and social responsibility.
The faster markets change and the more complex customer requirements become, the more important solid project management is for small and medium-sized companies. Only those who can process orders as efficiently as possible can remain competitive in the long run.
Insight into the Tebis process concept for managers and decision makers: We highlight the possibilities for creating processes in the company more effective and productive, for example with the Tebis process solution.
Industry 4.0 offers small to medium-sized companies the opportunity to improve their processes and thus react more flexibly to individual customer requests. Productivity and profitability can be increased with Industry 4.0.
This seminar is intended for managing directors and manager of medium-sized companies: Many different factors determine whether a company is successful or not. The relationship between management and personnel and personnel motivation deserve special attention.
In this basic CAM training course, participants will learn basic functions in the Tebis Job Manager in order to create, check, output and document roughing, finishing and residual stock NC paths, simple prismatic machining operations and simple drilling programs.
Supplementing the "CAM Base" training course, participants will learn additional functions for form machining (3+2 axis milling, HSC milling), prismatic machining (2.5D milling) and for machining standard geometries (bores, circular, slot and rectangular pockets).
In practical examples, participants in this training course will learn how to create transition-free pressure areas in active die surfaces and to automatically relieve and flatten active surface radii in drawing operations.
