    CAD/CAM Essentials

Required for all new Tebis users.

    CAD/CAM Advanced

Recommended immediately after completing Week 1 for continued skill development.

    Update Version 4.1 Release 1-4

In this update training course, participants will get to know all the important new features of Tebis V4.1.

    Tebis 4.1 Release 5-current Update
    Update training:
All the important new features in
    Tebis 4.1 Release 5-current
    Online and in regional locations
    Parametric Design with Tebis

Using practical examples, participants in this training course will learn about associative/parametric design in Tebis, using the Sketcher, positioning parts relative to each other and creating design templates.

    Tebis Design Studio CAD

Participants in this Design Studio CAD training course get to know Tebis software. The user interface and handling of CAD data and importing external data via interfaces will be learned.

    Tebis Design Studio CAM

In this Design Studio CAM  training course, participants will learn basic functions in the Tebis Job Manager in order to create, check, output and document roughing, finishing and residual stock NC paths, simple prismatic machining operations and simple drilling programs.

    Laser Update

In this update training course, participants will get to know all the important new features of Tebis V4.1.

    Gun Drilling

In practical examples supplementing the CAM Base training, participants will learn additional functions for gun drilling operations and strategies.

    5-Axis Simultaneous Milling

Course participants will learn how to generate sophisticated milling programs for simultaneously controlled 5-axis milling machines taking into account the machine tool kinematics.

    4-Axis Wire EDM

In this training, the participant learns how to create wire cutting programs directly based on 2D and 3D data and can subsequently create any sequence of operations as well as interactively check and visualize the programs.

    5-Axis Laser Cutting

Course participants will learn how to create 5-axis simultaneous laser cutting programs.

    5-Axis Trimming

Participants in this training course will learn how to generate 5-axis simultaneous milling programs for trimming parts made of composite materials.

    Active Surface Design

In practical examples, participants in this training course will learn how to create transition-free pressure areas in active die surfaces and to automatically relieve and flatten active surface radii in drawing operations.

    Basis for CAM module add-ons

This training course is for users who want to use only CAM functions from the turning, trimming or laser technology areas after this training.

Feature and NCSET Technology, Variables in Standard Geometry

This training course is intended for key Tebis users who are responsible for improving their company’s level of automation with regard to standard geometry features.

    CAM Milling and Drilling Plus

Supplementing the "CAM Base" training course, participants will learn additional functions for form machining (3+2 axis milling, HSC milling), prismatic machining (2.5D milling) and for machining standard geometries (bores, circular, slot and rectangular pockets).

    Digitized Data Processing

Course participants will learn how to prepare digitized data for subsequent reverse engineering or NC programming.

Feature and NCSet Technology, Variables in Free-Form Design

This training course is intended for Tebis key users who are responsible for improving their company’s level of automation with regard to free-form features.

    Electrode Design

Course participants will learn all the functions necessary for designing, documenting and managing electrodes.

    Exact Solid Preparation

In practical examples, participants in this training course will learn how to create exact geometries for small parts (for example, trim and coining steels, blank holder attachments).

Feature Design and Rigid NCSet Methods

This course is intended to train Tebis users how to work with features (manufacturing information) and NCSets (machining sequences).

    Installation and configuration

This training course is intended for key Tebis users who install and manage Tebis software in their company.

    Reverse Engineering

This course teaches participants the standard functions for reverse engineering, including fitting of standard geometries.

    MES ProLeiS 4

Training courses for existing ProLeiS customers are available on-demand to meet your schedule and needs. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

    Programming with virtual machine

Course participants will use virtual machines to learn how to plan, check and optimize manufacturing processes.

    Surface Design Plus

Participants in this course will learn about the time-saving functions for designing profile, extension, shift, fill and class-A surfaces.

    Surface Modeling

Course participants will learn how to optimize surface structures, surface contours and transitions.

    Surface Morphing

Course participants learn how to deform surface models based on various morphing rules.
